Installation conditions: When installing the heat sink, the contact surface between the device and the heat sink should be flat and smooth, and wiped clean before installation. The tightening force should be slightly greater than the corresponding value specified.

The electrical resistivity of the cooling water in the water-cooled radiator is ρ ≥ 104-105 Ω. cm, with a pH of 6-8.

The cooling water temperature is between 3-35 ℃. The cooling water flow rate is specified as 4L/min.
