The 75-II type counter is a mechanical pull automatic carry up counter, suitable for counting mechanical operations such as general machine tools and various presses.
The counting range of this device is 0-9999.
The angle of the pull rod can be adjusted arbitrarily. Every time you pull it, it bounces one number. When it reaches ten, it returns to zero. The number on the press handle returns to zero.
This device can withstand large vibrations without affecting counting accuracy.
When installing the 75-II type counter, it must be parallel to the workbench and maintain the concentricity and perpendicularity of the counter, otherwise it will affect the correct counting or normal rotation. When using, the pull rod must be pulled to the right foot, but not too far.
The maximum speed of this device is 200 times per minute. If it is too fast, it will damage the internal components.
The internal wheels and gears of the 75-II counter are made of special engineering plastic and should not come into contact with high temperatures or flammable gases. Simply add engine oil when using.
