Purpose:
The CLZ type marine vertical axial flow fan (hereinafter referred to as the fan) is used for ventilation and air exchange in ship cabins. It can be used to supply air to the cabin or extract air from the cabin. The air being transported may contain salt in ocean air and a small amount of steam formed by natural evaporation of batteries. The temperature of the air being transported shall not exceed 50 ℃.  

Basic Structure of CLZ Type Marine Vertical Axial Flow Fan

The CLZ fan is mainly composed of an electric motor, impeller, casing, diffuser cone, rectifier, and other parts.
The casing is made of sufficiently thick steel plates. It consists of three parts: inner cylinder, outer cylinder, and stationary blade. There are flanges at both ends of the outer cylinder inlet and outlet to connect with the ventilation pipe. The inner and outer cylinders are connected by stationary blades, which also serve as air guides.
Electric motor - a specialized fan produced by an electric motor factory. Fully enclosed structure, capable of self ventilation, smoke resistance, vibration resistance, and impact resistance. It is equipped with an internal fan (installed in the inner cylinder) and two types of electric motors: ZZF-H marine motor (rated voltage 220V) and Y-H marine motor (rated voltage 220V/380V).
Impeller - composed of a hub and a set of wing shaped blades, rigorously balanced and directly installed on the electric shaft, made of corrosion-resistant cast aluminum alloy.
