Working Principle
The CS41H free floating ball steam trap utilizes the principle of buoyancy. The floating ball rises and falls according to the amount of condensed water and changes with the water level, automatically adjusting the opening of the valve seat hole to continuously discharge condensed water. When the condensed water stops entering, the bottom of the floating ball drops back to the closed position, and the drainage stops. Since the drainage valve seat hole is always below the condensed water level, a water seal is formed, and water and gas naturally separate, achieving no steam leakage
