GA49H pulse safety valve is mainly used in power plant boilers, pressure vessels, temperature and pressure reduction devices and other equipment to prevent pressure from exceeding the maximum allowable pressure value and ensure safe operation of the equipment.  

Installation Instructions

1. Before installing the GA49H pulse safety valve, the pipeline should be flushed clean.
2. During installation, it should be strictly vertical, the lever should be kept horizontal, and the gap between the two sides of the guide fork must be uniform.
3. This valve should be used in conjunction with the A49H-4 main safety valve.
4. A certain distance should be maintained between the outlet pipe and the inlet pipe of the main safety valve. The distance between the electric contact pressure gauge and the inlet pipe of the main safety valve should not be less than 5 times the diameter of the inlet pipe of the main safety valve to avoid affecting the correctness of the operation of the electric contact pressure gauge and pulse safety valve due to exhaust steam during the operation of the main safety valve.  

Structural Overview
1. Balance the pressure of the valve disc through a lever and a heavy hammer to ensure sealing of the valve. Move the position of the heavy hammer and change its weight to achieve the required popping pressure.
2. The upper part of the GA49H pulse safety valve is equipped with an electromagnet for opening and closing, and the mechanical and electrical actions do not interfere with each other.
3. The sealing surface is welded with iron-based chromium nickel stainless steel, and the valve disc is heat-treated to improve wear resistance and erosion resistance.
