The DDC-JQ-LY series square aluminum alloy electromagnetic vacuum differential valve is installed on an oil sealed vacuum pump to prevent pump oil return and avoid pump oil pollution of the vacuum chamber. This valve can seal in the forward direction and cannot seal against the atmosphere in the reverse direction.
Main Performance of DDC-JQ-LY Series Square Aluminum Alloy Electromagnetic Vacuum Differential Pressure Valve
Leakage rate: 1.3 × 10-4Pa.M3/S;
Pressure range: 1.3 × 10-2Pa~105Pa;
Working temperature: -20 ℃ to+80 ℃;
Power Supply Voltage: 220V/50HZ Power: 12W
Installation location: arbitrary;
Lifespan: ≥ 100000 cycles;
Principle
When the solenoid valve is closed or suddenly powered off, the pilot valve inflates the upper cylinder chamber, automatically closing the vacuum system by the pressure difference of the atmosphere, and inflates the pump chamber with atmosphere; When powered on, the pilot valve cuts off the atmosphere and connects to the upper cylinder, causing the vacuum pump to pump air from the upper cylinder. The piston is pushed by the spring force to open the valve plate, and the vacuum pump pumps air from the vacuum system normally; When there is no pressure difference on both sides of the valve plate, this valve cannot be used, and the valve plate is in a floating state.
characteristic
The coil voltage is 220V and the pump is connected to the same power supply. The opening and closing of the pump directly controls the opening and closing of the valve; The valve also has an air filter, which is compact in structure, lightweight, reliable in performance, and easy to use and maintain.
