The GMQ series electric vacuum diaphragm valve is a valve used to open or block airflow in vacuum systems ranging from 1.3 × 10-5 to 3 × 105Pa.

Principle
The piston in the cylinder moves up and down, causing the valve core to move up and down, while pulling the diaphragm up and down to close and open the valve.
