AY centrifugal oil pump is suitable for transporting petroleum products without solid particles in the power, petroleum, and chemical industries. The temperature range of the conveying medium is -45 ℃ -400 ℃. The AY series oil pump is an improved product based on the Y-shaped oil pump, with an efficiency 5% -8% higher than that of the Y-shaped oil pump. The flow range of the entire series of products is 9.9-300m3/h, and the head range is 65-650m. The pump structure types include single-stage cantilever, two-stage cantilever, multi-stage segmental, and two-stage two end support.

The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are vertically upward. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal, the bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and equipped with explosion-proof electric motor. The rotation direction is counterclockwise when viewed from the pump coupling end.

As the form or material of mechanical seals needs to be selected according to the conditions of different media, it is best to specify the mechanical seal code or provide the following information when ordering.
1. The composition, temperature, concentration, viscosity, saturated vapor pressure, pH value, boiling point, corrosiveness, toxicity, flammability, impurities, particles, crystals, etc. of the conveying medium. 2. The range of pressure changes at the inlet and outlet of the pump. 3. Does the temperature of the medium allow for cooling.
In order to meet the needs of different media, some parts of the pump are divided into three types of materials, but the structure remains unchanged.
The parameters in the working performance table of AY centrifugal oil pump are converted based on the actual conveying medium conditions using room temperature clean water as the medium. The shaft power and the power of the matched motor can be appropriately increased.
