CPK and RPK chemical process pumps

Compliant with ISO2858/DIN24256 standards. As a derivative conversion product of the HPK series, this pump has excellent anti cavitation performance, making it suitable for operation under low NPSH conditions. The pump blade rotation is specially designed to balance the axial force of the pump during operation, which can reduce the axial displacement of the pump. There are three sets of bearings installed in the suspension body, of which two sets are paired bearings. High precision paired bearings were used in the pump design to increase the operational reliability of the pump. The pump can remove all the rotor components of the pump assembly without disassembling the inlet pipeline, making assembly, disassembly, and maintenance extremely convenient.
The CPK and RPK series chemical pumps are mainly used for transporting organic or inorganic chemical media in the chemical and petroleum industries. Depending on the selection of component materials, the temperature of the transported medium ranges from -10 ℃ to 400 ℃.
