Characteristics and Applications
The FS type horizontal fiberglass centrifugal pump is a new product developed by our company in recent years. It has a simple structure, reasonable design, high standardization, universal parts, strong interchangeability, and easy disassembly and maintenance The components that come into contact with the medium are made of polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber, which is molded into phenolic fiberglass parts at high temperatures.
The product has excellent properties such as lightweight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In terms of corrosion prevention, it can partially replace precious metals such as molybdenum containing stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys.
Shaft seal: Adopting WB2 external F4 corrugated mechanical seal, the sealing performance is reliable and the service time is long.

The transmission and rotation direction of the pump: The pump can be driven directly by the motor through a claw type elastic coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the motor end.
This pump is mainly used in industries such as petrochemicals, smelting, dyes, printing and dyeing, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rare earths, fertilizers, etc. It is an ideal equipment for conveying various non oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) that do not contain solid particles, are not easy to crystallize, and have a temperature not exceeding 100 ℃.
