Overview

WSY and FSY fiberglass submersible pumps are divided into two types: WSY and FSY. 1. WSY pump is a vertical fiberglass submersible vortex pump. 2. The FSY pump is a vertical fiberglass submersible centrifugal pump. Due to its insertion into the storage tank, the depth of the storage tank varies, and the designed submersible depth can be freely selected between 800mm-3000mm. As long as the liquid is higher than the pump body, the liquid delivery can be started without filling. There is a leakage hole under the flat cover plate, and the liquid will not leak outside the storage tank.
The components of this pump that come into contact with the medium are made of polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber, which is molded into phenolic glass steel parts at high temperatures. The connecting pipe and outlet pipe are made of phenolic glass steel pipes using a semi dry rolling process. The assembly of the impeller shaft sleeve is bonded to the pump shaft with phenolic adhesive, and all parts of the underwater assembly are bonded with phenolic adhesive. There is no metal contact with the medium when it extends into the liquid, and the corrosion resistance is absolutely reliable. The product has excellent properties such as lightweight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In terms of corrosion resistance, the right part only replaces precious metals such as molybdenum stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys.

The pump can be driven directly by an electric motor through a claw type coupling in both transmission and rotation directions, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the motor end.
This pump is widely used in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, smelting, dyeing, pesticide, pharmaceutical, rare earth, fertilizer, etc. It is the most ideal equipment for transporting corrosive media such as non oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) that do not contain suspended solid particles, are not easy to crystallize, and have a temperature not exceeding 100 ℃ on storage tanks.
