T47H-16C or Q floating ball type drain control valve (imported from the former Soviet Union's original model T47H-16C floating ball type control valve) is suitable for industrial sectors with heaters in power plants, chemical, pharmaceutical, paper and other industries. It is a necessary equipment for regulating the water level of deoxygenated steam water tanks and effectively controlling the amount of water in the heater. [Structural characteristics and working principle] 1. The floating ball steam drain regulating valve has a large external size, which is suitable for high back pressure and will not leak steam. The discharged condensed water is saturated water close to steam pressure, which is conducive to improving the equipment thermal efficiency of this valve and the energy-saving characteristics of secondary steam utilization. 2. The valve opens fully as the condensate level rises, and when the float rises to 403mm from the bottom plane of the cover, a large amount of condensate is discharged into the water tank. After the float drops 113 millimeters, the valve is fully closed and condensed water cannot flow out, limiting the float to a stable range of 113-403 millimeters. This allows the valve to only discharge air, water, and high-temperature condensed water, while preventing steam leakage. 3. The float type steam drain control valve utilizes the change in condensed water level to raise and lower the float, and can also be operated with a handle to drive the lower opening and closing device, achieving the function of drainage and gas blocking.
