H142X water level control valve is a hydraulic control valve that automatically controls the liquid level height of water tanks and towers. When the water level drops beyond the preset value, the float valve opens, the pressure in the upper chamber of the piston decreases, and a pressure difference is formed between the upper and lower parts of the piston. Under this pressure difference, the valve disc opens for water supply operation; When the water level rises to the preset height, the float valve closes, and the pressure in the upper chamber of the piston continues to increase, causing the valve disc to close and stop supplying water. This reciprocating automatic control of the liquid level at the set height achieves automatic water supply function. H142X hydraulic water level control valve is suitable for automatic water supply systems of various water tanks (pools) and water towers in industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings. And it can be used as a circulating water supply control valve for atmospheric boilers.
Working Principle
When the water level in the pool or water tower drops and the float valve opens for drainage, there is pressure water in the inlet pipe that lifts the piston inside the valve, opens the sealing surface, and the valve opens for water supply. When the water level rises to the control valve, the float valve closes and the piston moves down to seal the sealing surface, and the valve stops supplying water.
Performance Characteristics
1. The hydraulic water level control valve uses hydraulic principles for control and has a novel and reasonable structure.
2. The work is stable and reliable. Within the specified pressure range, it can ensure no water hammer impact.
3. Lightweight and compact in size.
4. Easy installation and maintenance.

Installation form and precautions
Fix the valve vertically on the inlet pipe, and then connect and tighten the control pipe, globe valve, and float valve onto the valve. H142X hydraulic water level control valve inlet and outlet pipe connection flange H142X-4T-A is a 0.6MPa standard flange; H142X-10-A is a 1MPa standard flange. The diameter of the inlet pipe should be greater than or equal to the nominal diameter of the valve, and the outlet should be lower than the float valve. The installation of the float valve should be at least one meter away from the water pipe; Drill a small hole in the outlet pipe of the water tank above the water level line to prevent direct backflow. When in use, the shut-off valve should be fully open, and if two or more valves are installed in a water tank, they should be kept at the same level. Due to the delay of about 30-50 seconds between the closure of the main valve and the closure of the float valve, the water tank should have sufficient free capacity to prevent overflow. To prevent impurities and sand particles from entering the valve and causing malfunction, a filter should be installed in front of the valve. If installed in an underground water tank, an alarm device should be installed in the underground pump room.
