ZCS water solenoid valve is suitable for using water or liquid as the working medium, and can automatically or remotely control the on/off of pipelines for working media such as water, oil, and liquid. Due to the rubber seal used in this valve, the cleanliness of the working medium is greatly reduced, and it has the advantages of rapid opening and closing, high reliability, etc.
The ZCS water solenoid valve is a pilot operated solenoid valve with secondary opening. Its structure mainly consists of a pilot valve and a main valve, and the main valve adopts a rubber sealing structure. When in the constant position, the movable iron core seals the pilot valve port, the pressure inside the valve chamber is balanced, and the main valve port is closed. When the coil is energized, electromagnetic force is generated to attract the movable iron core, causing the medium in the main valve chamber to leak out from the pilot valve port, resulting in a pressure difference. The diaphragm or valve cup is quickly lifted, and the main valve port opens, opening the valve. When the coil loses power, the magnetic field disappears, the movable iron core resets, the pilot valve port is closed, the pressure inside the pilot valve and main valve chamber is balanced, and the valve is in the closed position again.
