Precautions for installation and use of JOLLSA stainless steel solenoid valve:
1. When installing, the solenoid valve coil should be facing upwards and kept in a vertical position. The arrow or mark on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline and should not be installed in areas with splashing or leaking water.
2. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free of particles and impurities. An 80-100 mesh/hour filter should be installed in front of the valve. The dirt and filters on the surfaces of the main core, moving core, and fixed core of the solenoid valve should be cleaned regularly.
3. In systems where solenoid valves are used for long-term continuous operation, a bypass device should be installed.
Working principle of JOLLSA stainless steel solenoid valve:
J011SA3~8 type solenoid valve is a direct acting valve that works directly using electromagnetic force. J011SA10~25 type solenoid valve is a pilot operated valve that operates using electromagnetic force and medium pressure difference. The working principle of a normally closed solenoid valve is that it is in a closed state when no electrical signal is received. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated. Under the action of electromagnetic force, the moving iron core and the fixed iron core are attracted, and the auxiliary valve port is opened (for direct acting type, the main valve port is directly opened). At this time, the pressure in the upper chamber of the main iron core is unloaded through the auxiliary valve port. Due to the pressure difference, the main valve core moves upward, achieving the purpose of opening the main valve port and allowing the medium to flow. When the solenoid valve is powered off and the magnetic field disappears, the moving iron core resets under the action of spring force, and the auxiliary valve port is closed (direct acting type directly closes the main valve port). At this time, the medium enters the upper chamber of the main valve core from the balance hole, causing the pressure in the upper chamber to rise. Under the action of pressure difference, the main valve core resets and the main valve port is closed, and the medium is cut off. A normally open solenoid valve, when powered off and in the constant position, is activated by a spring to open the auxiliary valve port and allow the main valve to flow. When an electrical signal enters the coil, the movable iron core is sucked down by electromagnetic force, and the auxiliary valve port is closed. The working medium enters the valve cup through the balance hole. When the pressure tends to balance, the valve cup is moved down by the main valve spring, the self weight of the valve cup, and the medium pressure, tightly sealing the main valve port, and the valve is in a closed state. When the main valve is powered off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the auxiliary valve opens, and the pressure inside the main valve cup quickly disappears. The medium pressure lifts the main valve cup, opens the main valve port, and the medium flows. The valve is in an open state.
