1、 Overview of sewage pump products:

PW and PWF sewage pumps are single-stage, single suction, cantilever centrifugal sewage pumps. The suction port of the sewage pump is in the axial horizontal direction, and the discharge port of the sewage pump can be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction as needed. It mainly consists of components such as pump cover, pump casing, impeller, shaft seal, shaft, and bracket. The shaft seal adopts a novel double end mechanical seal structure, and the pump and motor are installed on a common chassis, directly driven by the motor through an elastic coupling. This pump has the advantages of high efficiency, significant energy saving, stable operation, reliable performance, and easy maintenance.

2、 Scope of application of sewage pump:
1. PW ordinary sewage pump can transport sewage, suspended solid particles, long fiber substances, and domestic wastewater. The pump body is made of high-quality cast iron material, and the medium temperature does not exceed 100 ℃. 2. The PWF type corrosion-resistant sewage pump can transport sewage with acidic, alkaline or other corrosive properties, and is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, brewing, environmental protection and sewage treatment. The pump body and overcurrent components are made of 304 stainless steel material, with a medium temperature not exceeding 100 ℃
