The body of this pump is composed of a gearbox, motor, flywheel crosshead, etc. The gearbox is lubricated by splashing.
The pump body is composed of a double-layer jacket structure made of cast steel, which can be filled with steam for insulation (such as heavy oil). The pump valve structure adopts a ball valve method, which is reliable in sealing and sensitive in action. There is a cooling jacket separating the pump head and the casing. The cooling jacket uses tap water circulation to effectively prevent the heat from the pump head from spreading to the casing. The sealing packing of this pump. The pump adopts the most advanced graphite fiber high-temperature packing in China, and other components are made of heat-resistant steel and age treated, ensuring the service life of the pump.
