1、 Scope of application
The BKZ series rectifier device is composed of a BK transformer and rectifier components. Transformers are suitable for power supplies with a primary voltage of 220V or 380V and an AC frequency of 50Hz. The output voltage is rectified by a transistor rectifier element to produce a DC output, which is used for charging batteries and converting AC power into DC power for use in equipment.
2、 Normal working conditions
1. Surrounding air temperature:
(1) The upper limit of ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃;
(2) The average temperature of the surrounding air for 24 hours shall not exceed+30 ℃;
(3) The lower limit of ambient air temperature shall not be lower than -5 ℃.
2. Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters;
3. Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃, and there may be a higher phase at lower temperatures
Regarding humidity, the average maximum relative humidity for the wettest month is 90%, while the average minimum temperature for that month is+25 ℃, taking into account temperature fluctuations
Condensation occurs on the surface of the product;
4. Pollution level: Pollution level is level three;
5. Installation category (overvoltage category): Installation category is Class III;
6. Power supply voltage: allowable deviation of power supply voltage is ± 5%;
7. Installation conditions: Install in a place without severe vibration and impact vibration.

5、 Installation, use and maintenance
1. The use of rectifier transformers must comply with the conditions stipulated in Article 2;
2. Before installation, carefully check the parameters on the nameplate and confirm that they are correct before installation and use;
3. Connect the wires according to the label, check for accuracy, and then turn on the power;
4. During transportation, collisions should be avoided as much as possible, and the product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place. It should not be damp to ensure its performance and service life.
