HPK-S, HPK-SY, HPK-Y, and HPH hot water circulation pumps are products manufactured with advanced technology from abroad. The performance parameters, structure, installation dimensions, main component materials, and technical requirements of the pump are all in accordance with advanced foreign technology requirements.
HPK-S, HPK-SY, HPK-Y, and HPH hot water circulation pumps are suitable for hot water circulation and transportation of organic heat exchange media in pipelines or closed circuits in metallurgy, power plants, textiles, chemical, heating, and waste heat utilization systems. The HPH series pumps are mainly used for high-temperature and high-pressure water supply and circulating water in power plants. The working temperature of HPK-S and I-IPK-sY media is 207 ℃, the working temperature of HPK-Y media is 230~C, and the working temperature of HPH media is 280~C.
HPK and HPH pumps are a type of process pump, and the rotor components can be disassembled without moving the pump body. Due to the installation of an intermediate coupling, the electric motor can still be fixed to the chassis when disassembling the pump, which shortens the time required for pump reassembly. The pump foot of HPK. s type pump is set at the bottom of the volute, while HPK-SY, HPK-Y~HPH series are supported at the center. The dimensions of HPK-S pump series comply with DIN24256/IS02858 (including caliber 125).
HPK-S、HPK-SY、HPK-Y:
The standard structure is a soft packing seal:
Four layers of white asbestos packing are installed between two layers of packing used for hot water, including packing cover, packing ring, and metal wire clamping.
Used for six layers of heat exchange medium, including packing gland, packing ring, and metal wire packing.
Mechanical seal:
Used for hot water balance type single end mechanical seals with interlayer cooling at the terminal.
A non-equilibrium single end mechanical seal used for heat exchange media with interlayer cooling and cooling devices at the terminal, or a balanced corrugated tube seal with cooling devices.
HPH:
The standard pump structure can be installed with balanced single end mechanical seals produced by various factories. All mechanical seals should be supplied with the pumped cooling medium, which is circulating. (From the sealing component through the heat exchanger and back to the sealing component).
