LHY type vertical liquid sulfur pump

Sulfuric acid production is one of the development directions of the sulfur industry, and low flow, high head liquid sulfur pumps are key equipment for sulfuric acid production.  
The LGY sulfur pump is suitable for various scale acid production processes and can transport liquid sulfur at 130-185 ℃. It is also suitable for processes in other chemical industries that require low flow and high head.  

Features
A thermal insulation vertical submersible pump structure, in which the outlet pipe, pump body, and pump cover of the pump are all equipped with insulation jackets to prevent liquid crystallization. The unstable factors of the hydraulic model of centrifugal pumps and vortex pumps during operation are also completely eliminated in this pump.  

Model meaning
Materials include: 304, 316, 316L, 904, 20 # alloy, CD4MCU, etc.  
The operating temperature is ≤ 200 ℃, and can be increased to around 500 ℃ when there are special requirements.
