Overview
Compared with other pumps of the same type, the S-level medium open pump has the characteristics of long service life, high efficiency, reasonable structure, low operating cost, and easy installation and maintenance. It is an ideal pump for firefighting, air conditioning, chemical, water treatment, and other industries.
Pump body: The design pressure of the pump body is 1.6MPa and 2.0MPa. To meet the different requirements of users worldwide, the corresponding pump body inlet and outlet flanges can be selected according to standards such as ANSI, PN, and JIS. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump body are located on the lower pump body, so that the rotor can be removed without disassembling the system pipeline, making maintenance convenient. Part of the pump body adopts a dual channel design to reduce radial force, thereby extending the life of the seal and bearings.


Impeller: The hydraulic design of the impeller adopts the most advanced CFD technology, thus improving the hydraulic efficiency of the S pump. Balance the action of the impeller to ensure smooth operation of the S pump.  
Shaft: The shaft diameter is thicker and the bearing spacing is shorter, which reduces the shaft's winding and extends the service life of mechanical seals and bearings.  
Shaft sleeve: For all S pumps, the shaft sleeve can be made of various materials to prevent corrosion and wear, and can be replaced.  
Wear ring: A replaceable wear ring is used between the pump body and impeller to prevent wear of the pump body and impeller. It is easy to replace, has low maintenance costs, and ensures running clearance and high work efficiency.  
Packing body: The unique packing body design can use both packing and mechanical seals, and the sealing device can be replaced without disassembling the pump cover.  
Bearing: The unique bearing body design allows the bearing to be lubricated with grease or thin oil, with a design life of over 100000 hours. Double row thrust bearings and enclosed bearings can also be used.  
Materials: According to the actual needs of users, the materials for opening the pump in S level can include copper, cast iron, ductile iron, 316 stainless steel, 416 stainless steel, bi-directional steel, Hastelloy alloy, Monet alloy, titanium alloy, and 20 grade alloy.  
Installation method: There are two installation methods for S-type pumps: horizontal installation and vertical installation. Vertical installation can reduce the footprint.
