3、 Purpose:

5、 Structure
The CHK series chemical pumps mainly consist of:

2. Using the secondary impeller to reduce shaft seal pressure and extend the life of the packing. The axial clearance of the secondary impeller is 0.8-1mm.
3. There are back blades on the back of the impeller to balance axial forces. The axial clearance of the back blade is 0.8-1mm. The unbalanced axial force is borne by the outer bearing. The outer ring of the bearing is equipped with a bearing cover, while the outer ring of the inner bearing is axially positioned with an elastic retaining ring, leaving no axial clearance. The bearing clearance is guaranteed by the bearing itself. The inner ring of this bearing is fixed on the shaft shoulder with a round nut and prevented from loosening with a stop heat ring. There is an axial clearance of 0.5-1mm inside the inner bearing shaft to allow for free thermal expansion of the rotor.
4. When viewed from the suction port, the impeller rotates counterclockwise and can be fixed to the pump shaft with a right thread or with an impeller nut and a stop washer The impeller and sub impeller hub end faces are equipped with sealing rings for reliable sealing, preventing corrosive media from corroding the pump shaft.
5. Non contact labyrinth seals or rubber skeleton seals are used at the shaft holes of the front and rear bearing covers, and there is a return oil groove at the bottom, which can effectively prevent lubricating oil leakage Note that the arrows on the outer side of the two bearings should be at the top to ensure that the return oil groove and the oil hole are at the bottom.
