1、 The purpose and characteristics of oil drum pumps
The ZD, ZDY, ZQY, YBYB series oil barrel pumps (pumping pumps) are developed by introducing West German prototypes, and all technical indicators can reach the level of the prototype. A series of products have been developed based on the prototype, which can pump different liquids in different usage scenarios. This pump is a lightweight tubular axial flow pump with high efficiency and easy use and maintenance.

Oil drum pumps (liquid pumps) are used in oil pumps, chemical enterprises, shops, shipping, rural areas, and for pumping different liquids. If used in flammable and explosive environments, the explosion-proof electric liquid pump produced by our factory can be selected. When using explosion-proof electric liquid pumps, relevant regulations of CB38361-2should be followed and explosion-proof plugs and sockets should be used correctly. This series of products is used for liquid pumping in steel drums and other containers with insertion ports larger than Ø 55MM that comply with GB/325-1991 standards.

2、 Use and maintenance of oil drum pump (pumping pump)
1. For new or long-term unused electric liquid pumps, after opening the box, a 550 volt megohmmeter should be used to measure the insulation resistance between all live parts and any metal parts that may come into contact. When approaching the working temperature, the resistance should not be less than 7 megohms.
2. Before use, it is necessary to check whether each terminal is secure, and the grounding wire must be reliable and firm.
3. Check if the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage, and do not use it on power supplies with over activation below 10% of the rated voltage.
4. When using this pump, do not damage the wires and avoid water and oil from entering the motor, switch, and electrical parts.
5. It is prohibited to work under conditions containing flammable and corrosive gases to ensure safe production and the normal operation of various electrical components.
6. If any abnormal noise is found during use, the machine should be stopped immediately, the cause should be checked, and only after trying to eliminate it can it be continued to be used.
7. This oil drum pump is not suitable for idle operation. Stop the pump immediately after pumping, as the motor's no-load speed can reach around 2900r/min and 1000r/min respectively. Otherwise, it will wear out the universal joint impeller and, in severe cases, damage the pump tube.
8. Replace the electric brush: When the electric brush is worn out and cannot be used, it should be replaced immediately, otherwise it will damage the commutator and, in severe cases, burn out the motor.
9. The electric motor pumping pump (oil drum pump) should be inspected regularly, generally at least once every three months, and those that are frequently used should be inspected once a month. During inspection, all parts should be disassembled to eliminate internal dust and oil stains. If there is too much dust on the commutator, it can be cleaned with alcohol to indicate. If there are damaged parts, they should be replaced with the same parts.
10. Please place it in a dry, clean, and non corrosive gas free environment when not in use.
11. This electric oil drum pump is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of shipment. If it is damaged beyond the deadline, our factory will undertake the repair business and provide all parts. We welcome customers to provide improvement suggestions for this pump.
