There are two types of pumps, WSY and FSY. 1. WSY pump is a vertical fiberglass submersible vortex pump. 2. The FSY pump is a vertical fiberglass submersible centrifugal pump. Due to its insertion into the storage tank, the depth of the storage tank varies, and the designed submersible depth can be freely selected between 800mm and 3000mm. As long as the liquid is higher than the pump body, the liquid delivery can be started without filling. There is a leakage hole under the flat cover plate, and the liquid will not leak outside the storage tank.
The components of this pump that come into contact with the medium are made of polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber, which is molded into phenolic glass steel parts at high temperatures. The connecting pipe and outlet pipe are made of phenolic glass steel pipes using a semi dry rolling process. The assembly of the impeller shaft sleeve is bonded to the pump shaft with phenolic adhesive, and all parts of the underwater assembly are bonded with phenolic adhesive. There is no metal contact with the medium when it enters the liquid, and the corrosion resistance is absolutely reliable. The product has excellent properties such as lightweight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In terms of corrosion resistance, it can partially replace precious metals such as molybdenum stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys.
Pump in transmission and rotation direction: The pump is directly driven by an electric motor through a claw type elastic coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the motor end.
