Drive Type
Electric motor+continuously variable transmission
Main features: high speed regulation accuracy, wide speed range (speed ratio can be changed freely between 1:1.4-1:7), continuous operation, smooth operation, stable performance, low noise, high torque, and stepless flow rate adjustment. But its speed change needs to be manually adjusted, and the degree of automation is not high. The speed control must be carried out during operation, and the speed control handwheel should be turned when it cannot be stopped. It is not suitable for use in situations where overload or blockage may occur.
Motor+fixed ratio reducer
Main features: strong load-bearing capacity, high efficiency, low vibration, low noise, low energy consumption, simple transmission mode, but due to its constant speed ratio, the flow rate cannot be adjusted.
Variable frequency motor+frequency converter
Main features: high torque, high speed regulation accuracy, smooth operation, stable performance, automatic speed adjustment, ensuring arbitrary flow control, and compensating for the low degree of automation of continuously variable transmissions. The disadvantage is that the price of the frequency converter is relatively high.
