The ZDB series self-priming pump is a miniature clean water electric pump, consisting of a motor, a water pump, and a seal. The motor is a single-phase asynchronous motor with an internal protective device; The water pump is a vortex type impeller structure with self-priming function. A single end mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor, and an "o" - shaped oil resistant rubber seal ring is used for static sealing at the fixed sealing point. The water pump is made of cast iron and features a high-quality bronze impeller with a vortex design. Through precise machining, the pump has the ability to achieve high suction and head.
When using this pump for the first time, it should be powered on for a trial run to check if the operation is normal. Then, connect the pipeline (try to minimize the number of joints). Fill the water inlet of the pump casing with water and it can be used. There is no need to fill it with water for future use. If used in northern regions, if not used for a long time, the accumulated water in the pump body should be drained in winter to prevent the pump body from freezing and cracking.
