Overview:
Two types of pumps, IZWS and IZS:
① The IZWS pump is a single-stage, single suction direct coupled fiberglass vortex pump.
② The IZS pump is a single-stage, single suction direct coupled fiberglass centrifugal pump that has been optimized and developed according to the ISO2858 standard.
The structural design is advanced and reasonable The product manufacturing is carried out in accordance with the Q/WLB01-1997 standard. The components that come into contact with the medium are made of polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic fiberglass reinforced plastic fibers, which are molded into phenolic fiberglass reinforced plastic parts at high temperatures. The product has excellent properties such as lightweight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In terms of corrosion prevention, it can partially replace precious metals such as molybdenum containing stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys.
Shaft seal: Adopting U1502 external F4 corrugated mechanical seal, the static ring is made of silicon carbide and the dynamic ring is made of F4 carbon fiber composite. Wear resistant U1507 type is used, and both the static and dynamic rings are made of silicon carbide. Reliable sealing performance and long service life.
The product has a high degree of standardization and strong interchangeability of parts. The pump adopts a direct horizontal structure, integrating the machine and pump, and has a beautiful appearance. The impeller is directly assembled at the end of the extended shaft of the motor. Short axial size and compact structure make the pump run more smoothly. Low voice energy consumption. This pump is a rear opening structure, and maintenance does not require dismantling the pipeline. Simply remove the pump seat nut to remove all rotating parts of the pump seat motor assembly. Disassembly and maintenance are very convenient.  

Scope of application:
The IZS type direct coupled fiberglass centrifugal pump is mainly used in industries such as petrochemicals, smelting, dyes, printing and dyeing, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rare earths, leather, etc. It is an ideal equipment for conveying various non oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) that do not contain solid particles, are not easy to crystallize, and have a temperature not exceeding 100 ℃.
