The structural design is advanced and reasonable The product manufacturing is carried out in accordance with the Q/WLB01-1997 standard. The components that come into contact with the medium are made of polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic fiberglass reinforced plastic fibers, which are molded into phenolic fiberglass reinforced plastic parts at high temperatures. The product has excellent properties such as lightweight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In terms of corrosion prevention, it can partially replace precious metals such as molybdenum containing stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys.
Shaft seal: Adopting U1502 external F4 corrugated mechanical seal, the static ring is made of silicon carbide and the dynamic ring is made of F4 carbon fiber composite.
