Manual pressure testing pump is the main testing instrument for measuring pressure vessel equipment. The maximum working pressure can reach 800kg/cm2, and the correct pressure at any stage within 0-800kg/cm2 can be used for water pressure testing. 4、 Structure and working principle:
This series of manual pressure testing pumps consists of a pump body, plunger, sealing ring, control valve, pressure gauge, water tank, etc. Their working principles are summarized as follows:
When the plunger is lifted up by the handle, a vacuum is generated inside the pump body. The inlet valve opens and clear water enters the pump body through the inlet filter and inlet pipe. When the handle applies force and presses down, the inlet valve closes and the outlet valve opens, outputting pressure water and entering the tested device. This process repeats to achieve the rated pressure test.
5、 Usage and maintenance:
Before starting to use the pressure test pump, it is necessary to carefully check whether the connections of each component are tightened, whether the pressure gauge is normal, and whether the inlet and outlet pipes are installed properly. The working medium of this pump is water at 5-50 ° C, emulsion or oil with a kinematic viscosity of<45mm2/s. Prohibit the use of unclean water containing sediment and other pollutants.
To improve the efficiency of pressure testing, the tested container or equipment can be filled with water first, and then the outlet pipe of the pressure testing pump can be connected.
During the pressure test, if a large amount of air is found in the water, the water valve can be opened to release the air.
If any slight water mixing phenomenon is found during the pressure test, the work should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair. It is strictly prohibited to continue increasing the pressure under water mixing.
After the pressure test is completed, first loosen the water valve to reduce the pressure and prevent damage to the pressure gauge.
When the pressure test pump is not in use, the water inside the pump should be drained and a small amount of engine oil should be sucked in to prevent rusting.
