The KFJ series corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant rubber lined pump is a single-stage cantilever centrifugal pump, with rubber lining used in the overcurrent section. It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight, low noise, smooth operation, and easy maintenance. The pump seal adopts a secondary impeller and a stop sealing device to ensure that there is no leakage during start-up and shutdown, and no cooling water is needed. It can transport various mixtures containing suspended particles (maximum concentration of 60%), sulfuric acid below 60%, hydrochloric acid below 33%, sodium hydroxide at 30%, ammonia water, and other corrosive media that rubber can withstand. The operating temperature is 80 ℃ (maximum not exceeding 100 ℃). It can be widely used in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, dye, pesticide, fertilizer, textile, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, etc.
The lining rubber pump developed by the Chemical Equipment Institute has won awards at national and scientific conferences, as well as the Shanghai Science and Technology Achievement Award. The I, II, and III centrifugal parking seals used have won silver awards at the 2nd International Patent and New Product Exhibition.
