Overview
Compared with similar domestic products, ZW self-priming non clogging sewage pump has the characteristics of simple structure, good self-priming performance (self-priming height can reach 5m), strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and easy maintenance (can completely replace WQ and QW submersible sewage pumps).
The self-priming sewage pump is a newly developed product with a novel structure based on repeated research on similar product technologies at home and abroad. The pump integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage, adopts a hybrid axial reflux, and passes through the pump body The unique design of the impeller flow channel allows for the suction and discharge of large solid particles and long fiber impurities without the need for a bottom valve or inlet water like a typical self-priming water pump. Widely used in municipal sewage engineering, river pond manure treatment, sedimentation of waste minerals and impurities, as well as impurity pumps for chemical media such as light industry, papermaking, food, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, electricity, paddles and mixtures.

2、 Characteristics of stainless steel self-priming pump products
1. ZWP self-priming pump has strong overcurrent capacity: the special impeller anti blocking design ensures high efficiency and no blockage of the pump;  
2. Stainless steel self-priming pump is efficient and energy-saving: using an excellent hydraulic model, the efficiency is 3-5% higher than that of general self-priming pumps;  
3. ZWP self-priming sewage pump has good self-priming performance: the self-priming height is 1 meter higher than that of ordinary self-priming pumps, and the self-priming time is shorter than that of ordinary self-priming pumps.
