1. ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. Preparation and operation before starting the high-temperature oil pump
Preparation before starting:
1. Test whether the motor rotation is correct. When viewed from the top of the motor towards the pump, it rotates clockwise. The test time should be short to avoid dry grinding of the mechanical seal

2. Open the drain valve to fill the entire pump body with liquid, and then close the exhaust valve when it is full.
3. Check if all parts are normal.
4. Manually rotate the pump to allow lubricant to enter the mechanical seal end face.
5. High temperature type should be preheated first, with a heating rate of 50 ℃ for hours to ensure uniform heating of all parts.
start:
1. Fully open the inlet valve.
2. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline.
3. Start the motor and observe if the pump is running correctly.
4. Adjust the opening of the outlet valve to the desired operating conditions. If the user has a flow meter or pressure gauge installed at the pump outlet, the opening of the outlet valve should be adjusted
Run the pump at the rated point listed in the performance parameter table. 6. Check that the temperature rise at the motor and bearings is ≤ 70 ℃.
parking:
1. The high-temperature type needs to cool down first, with a cooling rate of less than 10 ℃/minute, and then lower the temperature to below 80 ℃ before parking.
2. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline.
3. Stop the motor.
4. Close the inlet valve.
5. If parking for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be drained completely.

1. Before installation, check if the fasteners of the unit are loose and if there are any foreign objects blocking the pump body flow channel to prevent damage to the impeller and pump during operation
