The BX type steam insulation pump has greatly improved in many aspects such as efficiency, operating conditions, sealing form, stability, and heat resistance. Adapt to the transportation of various media such as acids, alkalis, salts, petroleum, urea, etc. when using different materials. Widely applicable for transporting molten urea in melamine engineering and urea engineering, as well as other industries that transport media containing small particles and easy to crystallize.  

Main structural features:
(1) The pump body is designed for axial suction, radial discharge, and central support;
(2) The pump shaft seal adopts the form of secondary impeller and packing seal. When the pump is working, the medium does not leak, the seal is reliable, and the service life is long;
(3) There are two insulation steam jackets at the front of the pump body and the shaft seal chamber.
