A49H-4 Main safety valveDetailed product description：

The A49H-4 main safety valve is mainly used on power plant boilers, pressure vessels, and temperature and pressure reduction devices to prevent pressure from exceeding the maximum allowable pressure value and ensure safe operation of the equipment.

Structure description:

1. When the medium pressure rises to the set pressure, the impulse safety valve opens, and the medium enters the piston chamber of the main safety valve from the pulse tube, pushing the piston down and causing the valve to automatically open. When the impulse valve closes, the valve disc automatically closes again.
2. The sealing surface is welded with cobalt based chromium nickel stainless steel, and the valve disc is heat-treated to improve wear resistance and erosion resistance.

Installation instructions for A49H-4 main safety valve:

1. The valve must be installed vertically at the highest position of the equipment.
2. The main safety valve is fastened on the support, which bears the recoil force generated when the main safety valve exhausts steam.
3. The exhaust pipe should have a dedicated hanger, and the weight of the exhaust pipe should not be added to the main safety valve. The connecting flange between the main safety valve and the exhaust pipe should eliminate any additional prestress.
4. The lowest point of the exhaust pipe should consider drainage to avoid water hammer during exhaust.
