Purpose and scope of use:

The CSl4FH-16C and CS44FH-16C liquid expansion drain valves are a type of thermal static drain valve. They can timely eliminate condensed water and automatically prevent steam leakage in steam pipelines and steam equipment, thereby ensuring the normal operation of steam supply and equipment, improving steam transportation and heat source efficiency. The key temperature sensing components of this product are made of high-quality steel corrugated pipes and special welding processes, which have significant energy-saving effects.

Structural characteristics and working principle:

（1） Structural features:
1. Equipped with a drainage temperature adjustment mechanism, it can be adjusted between 80-100 ℃ and is easy to use.
2. The drainage is continuous and there is no noise.
3. Temperature sensitive components are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
4. Not affected by vibration, steam pressure fluctuations, and lithium water.
5. Small size, light weight, and easy installation.

（2） Working principle:
The temperature element of the drain valve is filled with liquid. When the condensed water is below the given temperature of 80-100 ℃, the volume of liquid in the element decreases, the element shrinks, and the valve disc opens to discharge the condensed water. Conversely, when the reverse steam of the condensed water is above 80-100 ℃, the element swells and the valve disc closes, preventing the medium from flowing out. The adjustment mechanism of the valve can be used to adjust any given angle between 80-100 ℃.
