The CCQ-A series pneumatic ultra-high vacuum plug valve is powered by compressed air, changes the direction of the air path through an electromagnetic directional valve, pushes the cylinder piston, drives the valve plate to move up and down, and realizes the opening or closing of the valve, thereby achieving the purpose of connecting or cutting off the airflow in the ultra-high vacuum system.
The applicable working medium is clean air and non corrosive gases.
