The CC-A series ultra-high vacuum plug valve is a vacuum valve that is driven by a screw through a handle to move a steel ball frame, which opens and closes the valve plate, and then closes the valve plate by spring force. It opens and then exits. Valves are suitable for connecting or blocking airflow in ultra-high vacuum systems.
The applicable working medium is clean air and non corrosive gases.
