Structure and Working Principle of GJ41X-6L Pipe Clamp Valve
(1) Structure: The GJ41X-6L pipe clamp valve consists of left and right valve bodies, rubber pipe sleeves, large and small valve stems, upper and lower gate plates, guide columns, and other components.
(2) Working principle: When the steering wheel is turned in sequence, the large and small valve stems simultaneously drive the upper and lower gate plates, compress the pipe sleeve, and close them. When reversed, they open them. In this way, the gate plates reciprocate up and down between the guide columns to complete the valve opening and closing work. In addition, due to the load-bearing capacity of the rubber sleeve, when the operator rotates the handwheel during the switch, as long as they feel an appropriate amount of resistance, they have already reached the opening and closing pole. Do not try their best or have multiple people assist, and do not use other tools for opening and closing.
