The VD31 driver series actuators are linear actuators widely used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; Used in conjunction with two-way VET series or three-way VST series DN25-DN50 regulating valves.

Features
1. The automatic magnetic clutch control device can generate stable torque even when there is a pause.
2. Using gears and screws for transmission, the central gear is supported by a flat rolling bearing that wraps around the center, while the valve shaft is connected by a central screw sleeve and mosquito.
3. High strength ABS flame-retardant engineering plastic shell, waterproof and impact resistant.
4. Auxiliary manual control lever can be attached to open the valve in emergency situations.
5. Equipped with a valve position indicator, the valve opening can be observed clearly and timely.  

Working Principle
The driver is driven by a reversible synchronous motor and equipped with a magnetic clutch. The motor can generate stable torque even when stopped due to the magnetic interaction between the motor rotor and clutch. Therefore, when there is no current passing through the motor, it can stably stop at any point. When the valve is fully open or fully closed, the magnetic clutch disengages and stops adjusting. The floating or proportional control signal of the controller can cause the motor to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
