YGB type hydraulic diaphragm pump is a new type of pump. In recent years, due to breakthroughs in diaphragm materials, more and more industrialized countries have adopted this type of pump to replace some centrifugal pumps, screw pumps, gear pumps, etc., and applied it in industries such as power, petrochemicals, ceramics, metallurgy, and coal.
Working principle of YGB type hydraulic diaphragm pump
The motor and reducer (1) cause the plunger (2) to move back and forth, driving the hydraulic oil in the oil tank (3) to move back and forth, thereby causing the diaphragm (4) to move back and forth. There are four one-way ball valves (6) installed in the two pump chambers (5) at the left and right ends. The movement of the diaphragm causes a change in the volume of the working chamber, forcing the four one-way ball valves to alternately open and close, thereby continuously sucking and discharging liquid. The YGB hydraulic diaphragm pump is equipped with an oil cylinder on the upper part, which contains an oil replenishment valve and a safety valve. The function of the oil replenishment valve is to automatically replenish oil to the front and rear ends of the plunger. When the outlet of the pump is blocked or the pressure exceeds the rated value, the safety valve automatically discharges the hydraulic oil from there, achieving the purpose of protecting the pump.
Characteristics of YGB type hydraulic diaphragm pump
① No need for irrigation or water diversion, with a self-priming capacity of over 5 meters and an outlet pressure of 20kgf/cm2.
② With good performance, particles and mud with a diameter of less than 10 millimeters can pass through effortlessly.
③ Due to the separation of the conveying medium and transmission mechanical components by the diaphragm, the medium will never leak outward. And the pump itself has no shaft seal, greatly extending its service life. According to different media, diaphragms are divided into chloroprene rubber, fluororubber, nitrile rubber, etc., which can fully meet the requirements of different users.
③ YGB type hydraulic diaphragm pump has a suction viscosity of less than 1500 cP, a particle diameter of less than 10 mm, and a maximum temperature resistance of 150 ℃.
