The complete set of isolation switch consists of GW4A-126 (D) (W) type isolation switch body, CS14G or CS17G type manual operating mechanism, transmission accessories, etc. It can also be equipped with CJ6 type electric mechanism, etc.
The isolation switch adopts a double column center opening and contact turning structure, which has the ability of self-cleaning contacts and improves contact reliability.
The conductive circuit uses rectangular copper pipes, which increase the heat dissipation area by 40% compared to the original circular pipes, greatly reducing the temperature rise of the main electrical part.
The touch finger is made of a new type of material with high strength, high conductivity, and high elasticity. By relying on the elastic force of the contact finger itself to clamp the contact, the vicious cycle of reduced clamping force, increased contact resistance, and intensified contact heating caused by spring corrosion and thermal annealing is avoided. And the contact finger and the contact finger seat are fixed by bolts, which avoids the possibility of oil and dust entering their contact points and increasing the contact resistance. This conductive part structure has obtained a national utility model patent.
The rotating part of the isolation switch is designed to be maintenance free. The rotating seat is designed with a sealed structure, which prevents water vapor, dust, and harmful gases from entering, ensuring that the bearings and lithium molybdenum disulfide based grease always work in a good environment. The bearings never rust, the grease cannot be lost, and it never dries; The bearing seat is equipped with thrust ball bearings and radial ball bearings inside, which bear the gravity and horizontal force of the isolation switch through two special bearings, so that the operating torque of the isolation switch will not increase after long-term operation. Adopting a structure that combines stainless steel shaft pins with oil-free self-lubricating shaft supports; The steel components are hot-dip galvanized to ensure flexible, lightweight, reliable, and rust free operation of the isolation switch.
The foot installation size of GW4A-126 grounding switch is exactly the same as that of GW4-126 isolating switch, and can directly replace GW4-126 isolating switch.
