Introduction to the Structure of GW23-126/252 (D) (W) High Voltage Isolation Switch

The complete set of isolation switch consists of GW23-126/252 (D) (W) type isolation switch body, CJ7 electric mechanism, manual operation mechanism, transmission accessories, etc.
The single pole isolation switch is divided into two parts: the moving side and the stationary side. The moving side is composed of three parts: the main switch blade, the porcelain bottle, and the base.
The base part consists of a steel frame, an operating lever, a connecting rod, and a grounding knife base and knife rod. For the operating pole, there is also a mechanism interlocking component between the main switch and the grounding switch.
Each pole has two columns of porcelain bottles on the moving side, one column is used to support the main blade, and the other column is used to transmit operating torque, also known as "operating porcelain bottles".
The main blade first converts the horizontal rotation of the operating porcelain bottle into vertical rotation of the double crank arm through a pair of bevel gears, and then drives the seat to rotate through the double connecting rod, achieving the two major motion processes of folding and clamping. After opening, a visible horizontal fracture is formed.
The static side part mainly consists of three components: static side base, static side porcelain bottle, and static contact rod. Non grounded steel frames are of small size, and corresponding accessories are added when there is a grounding switch. The static side insulator is the same as the dynamic side. The static contact rod is a silver plated copper rod with an outer diameter of Φ 40, which is fixed to the terminal block.
