YJQF-100H Safety Pressure Gauge

The safety series all stainless steel pressure gauges are manufactured according to our company's safety pressure gauge standards. The product is suitable for harsh and corrosive environments. The table is designed with safety partitions. On the back, there is a pressure relief cover and pressure relief hole to release the internal pressure caused by the rupture of the overload elastic element, enhancing the safety of personnel and facilities.
The top of the all stainless steel safety pressure gauge is equipped with a filling plug and an internal compensating diaphragm, which can be filled with liquid on site. The liquid filled safety pressure gauge has shock resistance and damping performance, which can prevent damage to the interior of the pressure gauge due to vibration, and also lubricate internal components to reduce corrosion.
This series of instruments is widely used in industries such as food, medicine, refining, chemical, offshore oil platforms, drilling, and ships.

When lubricating grease glycerin or silicone oil is mixed with strong oxidants such as chlorine, nitrogen acids, and nitrogen oxides, a spontaneous chemical reaction occurs, which may cause equipment damage and personnel injury due to combustion or explosion. When the pressure gauge is used in these situations, it cannot be filled with lubricating grease glycerin or silicone oil. Please contact the manufacturer to fill it with the correct filling oil.
