YE-100, YE-150 membrane box pressure gauge

The bellows pressure gauge is suitable for measuring micro pressure and negative pressure that do not corrode copper alloys and pose no explosion hazard. Gas is widely used in equipment such as boiler ventilation and gas pipelines. This instrument can be installed and indicated on site.  

The YE-75 bellows pressure gauge has the characteristics of small size and has been exported in bulk to countries such as Japan.

Working position and environment: The instrument is installed vertically, with a working environment temperature of -25~55 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and no harmful gases that corrode the instrument in the surrounding air.
Temperature effect: When the operating temperature deviates by 20 ± 5 ℃, the additional temperature error shall not exceed 0.4%/10 ℃.

structural principle
The YE-100/YE-150 bellows pressure gauge consists of a measuring system (including joints, bellows, etc.), a transmission mechanism (including a pull rod mechanism, gear transmission mechanism), indicator components (including pointers and dials), and a housing (including a case, dial, and glass).
The working principle of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the free end of the corrugated film box under the pressure of the measured medium, which is then amplified by the gear transmission mechanism through the pulling rod. The measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft.
