The WTYK-11B pressure type temperature controller adopts a temperature bulb sensor. Can be used for cooling liquid media such as water or oil. Process of action of single pole double throw micro switch:

Terminal 1-3
Connect when the temperature rises to the upper switching value
Terminal 2-3
Disconnect when the temperature rises to the upper switching value

Contact Capacity
The general specification of the controller adopts AK1-1 micro switch, and its contact rated load is DC 27 volts and 15 amps.
The controller adopts WK1-6 micro switch with a specification of 78 ℃, and its contact rated load is DC 27V 10A.
Through experiments, it has been proven that both AK1-1 and WK1-6 micro switches can achieve the following on/off capabilities: when the DC voltage is 110 volts, (1) inductive load: (time is 100 milliseconds) turn-on current is 0.5 amps, breaking current is 0.5 amps, (2) resistive load: turn-on current is 12.5 amps, breaking current is 1 amp.
