Structural features:

The 206 type mechanical seal for the kettle is a double end face, multi spring, and balanced structure. Its sealing effect is mainly achieved by the pressure difference between the sealing liquid in the sealing chamber and the medium. Due to the need for a separate circulation device for the sealing liquid, the complexity of the system has been increased. So it is only used for sealing special occasions where flammable, explosive, toxic, and highly corrosive media have extremely strict sealing requirements.  
Please select the friction pair material and auxiliary sealing material according to the actual working conditions.  

Scope of application:

Sealed medium: flammable, explosive, toxic, and highly corrosive medium.
Sealing chamber pressure: P1 ≤ 0.6Mpa
Sealed medium pressure: P2=(P1-0.1) Mpa
Sealed chamber temperature: -40 ℃~250 ℃
Linear velocity: ≤ 20m/s
