Characteristics of 212 type mechanical seal structure:

The 212 type mechanical seal for the kettle is a single end face, multi spring, and unbalanced structure. Specially designed for sealing the stirring shaft of corrosion-resistant glass lined reaction vessels, using alumina ceramic static rings and filled PTFE dynamic rings with corrugated tubes. To prevent dry friction, seal and immerse in an open liquid storage tank. A cooling water jacket with a lining can be installed at the connection between the lower part and the kettle body to reduce the heat transmitted from the kettle body to the seal and the deflection of the stirring shaft.

Sealed medium: various highly corrosive media.
Sealing chamber pressure: ≤ 0.5Mpa
Sealing chamber temperature: -10 ℃~120 ℃
Linear velocity: ≤ 5m/s
