Structural features:

The 205 type mechanical seal for the kettle is a double end face, multi spring unbalanced structure. The sealing is mainly achieved by the pressure difference between the sealing liquid inside the sealing chamber and the sealed medium. The sealing liquid requires another set of devices to circulate, and the entire system is quite complex. Therefore, it is only used in special occasions for sealing flammable, explosive, toxic, and highly corrosive media.

Please select the friction pair material and auxiliary sealing material according to the actual working conditions.

Sealed medium: flammable, explosive, toxic, and highly corrosive medium.
Sealing chamber pressure: P1 ≤ 0.6Mpa
Sealed medium pressure: P2=(P1-0.1) Mpa
Sealed chamber temperature: -40 ℃~250 ℃
Linear velocity: ≤ 20m/s
