Structural features:

The 204 type mechanical seal for the kettle is a single end face, multi spring balanced structure. Using transmission screws for transmission. Due to the use of multiple springs, the spring pressure distribution is uniform and adjustable. The balanced structure also makes it adaptable to a wide range, making it one of the two most widely used seals for kettles. Suitable for sealing the stirring shaft of reaction vessels in the chemical industry.

Scope of application:

Sealed medium: Different wear-resistant materials are selected to adapt to media with general corrosiveness or non corrosiveness.
Sealing chamber pressure: ≤ 0.25~0.6Mpa
Sealed chamber temperature: -40 ℃~200 ℃
Linear velocity: ≤ 5m/s
