Installer

To minimize the thermal resistance between power devices and heat sinks, please follow the following steps during installation:
1. Place the power device coated with thermal grease on the heat sink and align the screw holes, then screw in 2/3 of each of the three screws.


2. Tighten the middle screw to the bottom (do not tighten directly).


3. Tighten the two end screws to the bottom with a torque of 0.5-1.1 N/m (do not tighten directly).


4. Tighten the middle screw with a torque of 0.9-1.2N/m.


5. Tighten the two end screws separately with a torque of 3.4-4.5N/m
